With The Shred Authority, you can conveniently and securely store your confidential documents and other important items. To ensure the confidentiality of your documents, only our staff is allowed access to the facility. Authorized individuals from your company may request retrieval of your documents via email, phone call, fax or our document management system.
Our off-site storage service offers a cost-effective solution for all of your document and other storage needs. We will store, retrieve and deliver boxes at your request while documenting all activity. In addition, we can store almost anything else like:

Document Management System
The Shred Authority is pleased to offer to our clients the Total Recall Document Management System. This records management system allows our customers to request items, view reports, query inventory and edit limited record information from the convenience of a remote location. Total Recall offers many additional user friendly features and is a premiere records management inventory system.

Getting Started
It's simple; just call our office and we can discuss your individual storage needs such as:
- number of boxes you have
- size of your boxes
- where your boxes are currently being stored so that we can pick up your boxes from their current location.
Storage can be billed by the month or quarterly and there are no separation charges.
